Service Planet provides cloud intelligence, reporting, distributor-aware insights, AI-assisted recommendations, and advisory workflow tools.

Authorized Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse engineer the platform, or violate third-party rights.

Subscriptions and Billing

Services may be billed monthly or annually as stated in the applicable agreement.

Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their data and client relationships.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards.

Service Availability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-efforts basis unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Customers agree to hold Service Planet harmless from claims arising from unauthorized use or misuse.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
