Illustrative planned review
A review that connects evidence, decisions and follow-through
This example describes a planned review for an MSP customer or internal IT team. It contains no real customer results or working integration. Historical sample PDF addresses remain retired compatibility notices, not current product reports.
Scope and evidence first
Identify the organization, authorized deployments, inventory sources and collection times. Label observed and inferred topology. Present assessments, status and actual costs with billing period, currency and cost basis; show missing, stale or unsupported evidence rather than implying complete coverage.
Keep the future scenario separate
Show proposed topology and estimated cost beside the observed baseline, with assumptions, dependencies and uncertainty. An action proposal must add exact scope, permissions, human approval, impact and recovery prerequisites. After later qualified execution, attach verified results or unresolved failures; a scenario is never proof of deployment or guaranteed savings.
One snapshot for every audience
Executive summaries, technical findings and machine-readable exports should share one versioned evidence snapshot, with sources and scenario assumptions attached. Link any action result and subsequent monitoring findings to their own timestamps and plan reference. Preparing the review does not send it; delivery to a customer or internal recipient needs separate authorization.
