Service Planet is operated by Databerry, LLC. The DevOps and IT infrastructure platform is in planning; the availability page explains the proposed scope and whether workflow inquiries are currently enabled.
Questions about the planned platform
Start with the infrastructure question or operational workflow your internal IT team or MSP needs to improve, the deployments involved and the evidence required. A scope discussion can cover the planned journey from assessment to approved operations and monitoring. Open-source self-hosting, optional managed hosting and separate support are intended choices, not currently available offers.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, customer records or sensitive infrastructure configuration in an inquiry. A scope discussion does not grant environment access or create a service agreement.
Existing customer and account matters
For an existing customer or account matter, use your established support contact and the terms of your current agreement. The proposed product direction does not establish changes to an existing customer arrangement.
