Current service availability

Service Planet’s DevOps and IT infrastructure platform is in planning. Its specialized AI assistant, web/mobile workspace, integrations, open-source software, managed hosting and support options are not announced as available.

The vision connects discovery and assessment to current-state evidence, proposed topology and cost, exact approval, qualified execution and verified outcomes with ongoing monitoring. A read-only first implementation is recommended; Azure is the initial qualification recommendation, not a selected launch commitment or the limit of future coverage.

This page does not create an account, connect an environment, offer a download or reserve a pilot place. You do not need to provide credentials or customer data to review the proposed platform.

What a useful evaluation would define

Choose a specific infrastructure question and the evidence your team needs. Identify the authorized organization and deployments, providers or server types, cost sources, proposed scenario and data-handling requirements. Define whether the evaluation is observation-only or concerns a later qualified operation. An external AI client is optional and needs its own qualification.

A future evaluation needs a named owner, agreed access scope and a measurable outcome. Start with read-only access under the recommended sequence; any execution requires separate qualification, exact approval and verification/recovery criteria. Confirm self-hosted or managed-hosted responsibilities, any separately purchased support and applicable terms before a commitment.
